In 2000, Florentino Perez, the Real Madrid's president spent a lot of money to get the signature in contract from many best player in the world, such as : Ronaldo & Roberto Carlos, Robinho(Brazil), Luis Figo(Portuguese), Zinedine Zidane(French), Fabio Cannavaro(Italy), Michael Owen and the most famous football player in the world, David Beckham.

But Los Galacticos couldn't made a big development, Real Madrid still in cage. They defeated by other club, in Europe and in Spanish.
